Design Intent: Arthurs Pass will be a town in the heart of the Southern Alps which will be able to transform and adapt in the case of an earthquake which isolates the area. A strategy will be implemented to ensure that in this case the town will have all the amenities required to facilitate up to 567 people for two weeks.
