Waltham would be a unique residential area with a hybrid mix of urban and suburban living, with convenience of the city and comfort of the suburb,different housing choices are given to accommodate a diverse group of residents, each having their own unique living style. The site’s unique layout would be enriched with pedestrian friendly walkway as well as site layout that greatly favours active transport. On top of that cultural and historical links are preserved by turning the old Lancaster stadium to a sports park for a multitude of activities as well as space for social gathering to honour the parks history of connecting people together.
