The Hilgendorf Wing, the first building in a development scheme which was designed to provide, for the College, facilities for the 2000 students houses all the departments of the College except the Departments of Agricultural Engineering, Soil Science and Wool Science. The building which was designed to accommodate a student population eqquivalent to 550 full-time students, is 400ft long by 50ft wide and five storeys high.
