Mr Sek Pan Chee, from the Department of Agriculture, Kuala Lumpur, Federation of Malaya, is studying for the degree of Bachelor of Agricultural Science at Canterbury Agricultural College, near Christchurch, New Zealand. This is Mr Chee's second year in New Zealand, his first year being spent studying at Auckland University College. He is training under the Colombo Plan Technical Co-operation Scheme.
