    Moon Astronaut drops in on Lincoln College, 17 September, 1987.

    American moon mission astronaut Michael Collins paid a low profile visit to Lincoln College in 1987. He came with a group from he National Geographic Soiety's exploration and research committee. In America's first manned flight to the moon, in July 1969, Colonel Collins was the pilot of Apollo 11's command module.
