Canterbury Agricultural College students at the Canterbury college Capping Carnival-"Procesh". First Year Students mounted on a motor-lorry (Mr. W. O. Rennie's) regaled the wide-eyed crowds with the wonders of the Poultry Bill. The Second Year Students aboard the noisy, but never tiring College truck, demonstrated their new method of "taking the tickle out of wool." The Degree Students, borne along on the Duncan waggon by Jack and Nellie, gave practical demonstrations of the disadvantages of "Ogpu" in its various forms, notably B. O.
