The site is the Wellington waterfront and the designer explores the physical and natural, historical and cultural past of the edge, concluding that the edge between the land and the sea is a temporal and ephemeral space, a place of change. The project process is clearly set out, logically worked through, beautifully illustrated and is original and innovative.
