Vision for Aidanfield:  Using Village Holmes (Davis California) and prairie crossing (Greys Lakes Illinois), as precedence models I wish to:

• Increase the amount of vegetation, and the number of native plantings. Use aspects of the proposed street design, td influence my design -increase average lot/property size.
• Each property must include a rain garden.
• Rain gardens join directly into the stormwater management system.
• Aidanfield’s stormwater management system joins onto and feeds into Henderson’s Basin, via Dumbars drain and Days drain.
• Properties are arranged so no one property is directly back to back with another.
• Aidanfield is to be a recreational site with plenty of walking and cycling tracks and circulation.
• Plenty of community open spaces and green areas allow for a large mix of recreational uses.
