The theme of light and energy is visible through proposed sustainable design, transforming historical features such as the hydroelectric powerhouse remains into modern feature serving both a functional and aesthetic purpose.

A pedestrian dominated township will be complemented by veins of natural character winding through the streets to combat the grid street formation the town is based upon. An increase in accommodation options will attract a diverse range of visitors, catering to the needs of many with the accompaniment of public amenities, centred around social nodes.
