Design Vision: Pigeon Bay will be a thriving community that exemplifies quintessential tranquility in Banks Peninsula. It will be well connected to neighbouring locales and have year-round amenities, recreation and learning opportunities for residing families as well as visitors. The bay will be an outstanding sanctuary for wildlife that sings with the calls of resident Bellbird, Keruru, Tūī and Kingfisher and is bounding with cultural heritage.
