Design Brief: To change the transient nature of Geraldine by accommodationg for rising population while simultaneously inviting more tourists into the area. This is to be achieved by utilising the rivers of the Geraldine District which will provide social opportunities for tourists and locals. 

Design Vision: To create a place with a recognisible identity which promotes recreation and tourism as an integral part of the community. This will be created by celebrating: Heritage values, Geological values, and Ecological value.
