The 1954 Rural Field Cadets and their student mates

For almost sixty years our small group which started out as the 1954 intake of Rural Field Cadets have regularly come together, usually with wives and partners, somewhere in New Zealand for a few days of reminiscing and relaxation. It was suggested at the 12th reunion, held next to the Treaty Grounds at Waltangl that, (before we all get too old) we should put something In writing about our pre- Lincoln farming experiences, the memories of our student days at Lincoln, and, what we did with our lives after we left Lincoln.
