15 September 1997 Information Evening

Lincoln University is pleased to advise that an information evening will be held on campus on Tuesday 16 September. Continuous sessions and presentations from 4.30pm until 9.00pm. For parents, secondary students, school-leavers and those of any age interested in tertiary education.

The evening includes course information, campus tours, departmental displays, sessions on learning styles, education and employment, student loans and allowances, even free international food sampling. All welcome. Look for the big marquee!

The event has been structured to cater for prospective students and their families and has been designed to be both interesting and instructive.

Features of the evening will include:

• Programme overviews (at 6.00pm and 8.00pm)

• Specific course information (following programme overviews)

• Campus tours (on demand)

• Departmental displays (continuous)

• Free international food sampling (continuous)

• Special presentations on:

        • Student learning styles

        • Education and employment

        • Student loans and allowances

        • Lincoln University for international students

         (Each of these sessions will be presented at 5.15pm and again at 7.15pm.)
