31 March 2004 Exam Results and Other Academic Records Info Coming Soon on the Web

Lincoln University's "student first" philosophy and its commitment to "operational efficiency through advanced technology" – both part of its Charter – have been at work in the area of electronic access to personal academic records.

Soon a very student orientated, technologically advanced and operationally efficient system will enable registered undergraduate and postgraduate students to access a number of functions over the internet concerning their academic records.

From 10 May onwards – but a further notification will be given in the next edition of Caclin – you will be able to view and update your personal details including address, telephone numbers, email and emergency contacts.

You will also be able to view and print your Academic History. In addition, this function will be used as another method of making exam results available to you and it is anticipated that it will be up and running for this year's Semester 1 results.

Of course users will be required to authenticate themselves via a login process before they can access these functions.

Instructions on how to access and use this function will be given to you in early May. The way these instructions will be delivered is yet to be finalised but it will be published in the Caclin of 29 April.
