A design study proposal for the redevelopment of community and recreation facilities at Ashbury, Māori Hill, Caroline Bay, Timaru

Design Brief: The disconnected parklands [Caroline Bay, Maori Hill, and Ashbury Park] are unique, identifiable features of coastal Timaru.

These parklands give such a unique area the chance to develop and record a strong identity that reveals the character of Timaru community it deserves.
