Blenheim has a unique picturesque land formation. Its set on the Wairau plains, framed by the golden, rolling Wither Hills to the south, the large Richmond Ranges to the north and west with the deep blue sea to the east.

Vision: To create a legible and vibrant town centre that’s full of life, expresses sense of place and develops the local identity.
