Introduction: As one of the early neighbor suburban of Christchurch city central, Richmond is holding extraordinary historical identity to Christchurch city. However, in the following urban development, the local community has gradually lost the cultural landscape characters. Especially the 2011 earthquake, infrastructural of the community has seriously affected, and population sharply reduced. The proposal would to utilize the advantaged geographic position which is close to CBD area and located at river side, to create a New South Richmond center for providing a livable neighbor suburban with obvious early immigration identity.

Vision: To increase population number by create a livable and accessible neighbor suburban community in the context of future sustainable development.
