Come to the LU Gym Open Day and try the fantastic new facilities.
Held on Sunday 30 May, 10am to 3pm, the event will give you the opportunity to explore the new LU Gym, which is bigger and better than ever.
The facility offers world-class Les Mills programmes, as part of more than 30 group exercise classes.
It’s the biggest gym in Selwyn, with a range of different membership options, no contracts and no joining fee.
Come and see how you can grow your fitness, improve your wellbeing, and have fun.
LU Gym is part of the Selwyn community and full of like-minded locals meeting their fitness goals.
The open day includes free tours and try-outs, as well as face painting and balloon making (11-1pm). Coffee will be available all day.

11.00-11.30am: Body Pump and Body Balance
12.00-12.30pm: Body Attack and Body Jam
12.00pm: Yoga
1.00-1.30pm: Body Pump and Chiseled
The new LU Gym features:
