Lincoln University is changing our bachelor's degree offerings to provide clearer study paths toward careers that are in demand.

What kind of change?
We are streamlining our curriculum to make clearer, stronger links between our qualifications and specialised land-based careers that are in demand.

Our core is not changing. We’re just focusing more on our strengths, because our core teaching programmes address New Zealand’s and the world’s most important and exciting challenges.

We will be offering 13 bachelor’s degrees that concentrate on our specialist areas:

• Bachelor of Agricultural Science
• Bachelor of Agriculture
• Bachelor of Commerce
• Bachelor of Commerce (Agribusiness and Food Marketing)
• Bachelor of Commerce (Agriculture)
• Bachelor of Commerce (Valuation and Property Management)
• Bachelor of Environment and Society
• Bachelor of Environmental Policy and Planning
• Bachelor of Landscape Architecture
• Bachelor of Science
• Bachelor of Sports and Recreation Management
• Bachelor of Viticulture and Oenology

Our bachelor's degrees will give you clearer, stronger pathways to a relevant career, and an edge over other graduates.

We’re also proposing that all students spend a period of their second or third year working in professional practice to apply what they’ve learned to a real-world context. This builds upon another of our strengths — our long-standing links with industry leaders and research institutions.
