Design Vision: Kaikoura will rise on the tide, allowing the natural processes to reclaim the landscape. Kaikoura will showcase a vibrant costal community that is resilient in the face of change. It will embrace the natural processes and landform without compromising values of Kaikoura’s heritage, sustainable endeavours and the strong connections from the mountains to the sea.

Goals: Connectivity, Quality, Identity, Resilience, Ecology.
