Destination Identity Community Connection = [Vibrant] Hornby - Jasmine Goh

Vision: To developed Hornby into a safe, vibrant and sustainable community that is demographically and culturally diverse - Liveable Hornby, Connected Hornby and Live Work Hornby.

Objectives: 

• Destination - To Stengthen transportation by implementing a transport
• Community - 1. To create a strong central hub by strengthening community infrastructure  2. To create zones that cater to different needs, such as recreation 3. To create a green and healthy environment for the community 3. To provide affordable housing for younger generation

• Connection - 1. To provide better pedestrian access and connections in Hornby by having clear pedestrian pathway 2. To have better cycling network and supportive facilities that cater to cyclist. 3. To enhance the accessibility for visitors from surrounding community into Hornby targeting public transport users by improving buses connections and use of railway.
• Identity -  1. To enhance elements of Maori through design to allow younger generation to know their ancestors 2. To create a sense of place for Hornby by enhancing the use of native plants
