Vision: Sustainable stormwater management in which improving the built environment in urban area will enhance the relationship between human and nature.

A sustainable surface water management in urban area that improve the built environment with ecological, educational, economic, recreational, and landscape value.
The central city area will have strong natural and visual connection to waterfront with open space. The interaction between natural environment and people will be enhanced by the high quality landscape in central area.
