Design Vision: The essence of this design is to create a diverse and experiential way to deal with the issues of stormwater polluting our oceans, while implementing sea level rise initiatives. The core of this vision is to have people at the forefront of the design process, designing as much for the functionality as designing for the urbanity of the spaces created.

My over all goal for Sumner is to create a cohesive and functional stormwater system that treats runoff before it enters the ocean. Within in this, I want these issues to teach people, and provide them with learning experiences, helping them to really get involved in the tangible side of the design.
