DESIGN VISION: As a result of the 2011 Canterbury earthquake sequence Christchurch city suffered damaged. The most significant event was the 2013 Febuary Earthquake which resulted in areas of land badly damaged. This damaged land has been classified as the red zone as it is unfit for building structures. The red zone is an area of trauma from natural disaster and relocation. This proposal aims to shift this land of trauma to a restorative place for these communities through the medium of food.

GOAL: To create a restorative landscape from a traumatic landscape using food.
