Goals: Enhacing birds' habitat in Lake Ellesmere and also meeting human recreational request.

Objectives:

1. Reduce nutrient from dairy farm through storm water and ruu-off;
2. Privde more food resources for birds;
3. Create human recreational area and guide visitors to do the right activities in right zones
