DESIGN VISION: This project will aim to redevelop a section of the red-zone. The chosen site is situated within the red-zone along the eastern side of the Avon river. Running parallel with the river the location is a flood management area that is prone to liquefaction.

GOAL: To redevelop the red-zone as a residential community that will withstand periods of flooding.
