The recently formed Linden Ensemble – violin, viola, cello and piano – presents a concert for local music-lovers in Memorial Hall at Lincoln University, near Christchurch, at 12.40pm tomorrow, Tuesday (8 August).

Ensemble members Vera Rubin (violin), Brian Shillito (viola) and Roger Brown (cello) are musicians with the NZ Symphony Orchestra and pianist Hugh McMillan has been a soloist with the orchestra.

The Ensemble is currently dedicated to the piano quartet repertoire and will play the first Mozart Piano Quartet in G and Schumann's Piano Quartet in E flat.

Residents of local communities around Lincoln University are welcome to join staff and students at this Lincoln University Music Society presentation. Admission is by gold coin donation.
