Landscape Analysis

An analysis of the landscape we can immediately see that it is a dynamic and rapidly changing environment – requiring attention to ease the restrictions put upon it by the built environment, while maintaining the social strength & identity of the existing communities that are at risk of sea level rise and subsequent storm surge. By overlaying sea level rise and 200 year flood level maps we can see the areas within the Bexley/New Brighton region that are affected by this inevitable environmental influence.
