    John Stewart Holden (BAgrSc (57-60), MAgrSc 1965). Awarde BAgrSc in 1961 and MAgrSc in 1965 in Production Economics.

    John Holden who completed a Masterate in Agricultural Economics at Lincoln died suddenly in Melbourne on 4 January of this year. he joined the staff of the University of Melboune in Applied Economics and Social Research. In 1970 he transferred to the Faculty of Agriculture at Melbourne as a lecturer in agricultural economics he also had responsibility for the management of a University experimental farm some distance from the city. During the period he was in Melborune he did a great deal to serve the interests of the College, in the organisation of reunion meetings and also in connection with the Australian part of the Halls of Residence Appeal.
