    DescriptionA fishy tale (tail) – taking fish silage to the livestock market. New Zealand fisheries produce large volumes of by-products from fish processing plants that are underutilised. United Fisheries, a Canterburybased company, has developed an innovative, low energy input and cost-effective process to produce fish silage in collaboration with Lincoln University.
