Lincoln University renewed its Memorandum of Understanding with Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering last week.
Acting Vice-Chancellor, Professor Bruce McKenzie, and President of Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering, Professor Ping Cheng, signed the memorandum last week in front of representatives from both institutions.
Members of the delegation included Mr Zhijian Wang, Consul General, Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Christchurch, and Mr.Jianjun Zhai, Consul for Education, Consulate General of the People’s Republic China in Christchurch, as well as Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering directors, deans, and lecturers.
Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering (ZK) is one of Lincoln University’s key partners in China, and has a 3+1+1 articulation agreement with Lincoln to pathway its students to study English, and the Master of Science in Food Innovation.
The delegation also enjoyed a campus tour, a demonstration farm visit, and a meeting with current Zhongkai University of Agriculture and Engineering students at Lincoln.
