Students from Springston School were among the many youngsters on campus this week taking part in the Koru Games.
The games are a South Island Year 7 and 8 multi-day sports tournament hosted by Selwyn Sports Trust, and ran from 17-19 September.
The Lincoln University Recreation Centre hosted basketball, kī o rahi, squash and volleyball.
The games also provided a learning experience for Lincoln sport and recreation students who learnt about managing multiple sports across multiple venues.
More than 50 schools from across the South Island took part, with all games played in the spirit of ‘Fair Play’.
